Transsexuality is not a sexual identity disorder!
Again and again you read on the net that transsexuality (NIBD) is described as a (gender) identity disorder. Let me outline and prove in a few sentences that this is not the case.
Anyone who takes a closer look at the subject of "neurointersexuality / neurointersexual body discrepancy" will notice that the explanation takes place on a purely physical level and not on a psychological level. The theses on the innateness of original transsexuality (NIBD) are becoming more and more substantiated on a scientific-empirical level. According to this, upbringing cannot do anything, as many "late-called" original transsexuals (NIBD), who start transitioning after the end of false puberty, prove on a daily basis.
According to modern scientific findings, the personal core sexual identity / sexual self is most likely created by the neurological connection in the hypothalamus and there in the stria terminalis. The BSTc is larger in men than in women and in the case of transsexuality (NIBD), NIBD women have a female BSTc and NIBD men have a male BSTc. These findings were already published on November 2, 1995 in the scientific journal Nature, Vol 378, pages 68 - 70 by Swaab, Gooren, Hofman and Zhou. Dr. Drantz from the USA also addressed this in 2010 in a Slideshare publication "Myth and science of sexuality".
Why, in my personal opinion, transsexuality (NIBD) cannot be an identity disorder: The predetermination (determination) of the sexual self develops in the womb. While still an embryo, the first nerve cells and synapses begin to make tentative connections and by the time of birth, the sexual self is fully developed and consolidated. As the child in the womb is not exposed to any external social influences (how could it be?), the personal core gender identity/gender self develops free from all external social influences and educational measures and is therefore completely clear, unmanipulated and perfectly healthy. And what is healthy cannot be a disorder!
Original transsexuality (NIBD) is an inner-body discrepancy between the sexual-neurological structure (e.g. in the hypothalamus) and the sexual phenotype. But never a (gender) identity disorder according to a purely psychological pattern!
