The world of synapses

I will now delve into the matter of neurons (nerve cells) and ask what causes synapses to be connected in this way and not otherwise. This is where NGF (Nerve Growth Factor) comes into play. Where it is present, synapses are stabilized, where it is not, apoptosis, a programmed cell death, takes place and synapses disappear. BDNF (brain-derived neurotrophic factor) functions in the same way, but is increasingly found in the brain. I increasingly suspect that NGF expression (the regulated production of the protein NGF in certain cells) is structured in a male or female way.
There are many factors involved and if just one single factor causes problems, there is a mess, then we have that thing and a full-blown NIBD (neurointersexual body discrepancy) can arise in fetal brain development.
The beautiful and exciting thing is that original transsexuality (NIBD) / neurointersexuality can be wonderfully and very excitingly understood medically, anatomically and biochemically. Transgenderism doesn't manage that, how could it, because it is only a social construct and lifestyle (the transgender people themselves say this by claiming that "gender is educable and selectable" - see SBGG - german site).
